Why would you be more worried about plastic bits? A small plastic shaving might produce some bad chemicals, but inhaling a metal shaving can seriously fuck you. People who inhale metal shavings get their lungs fucked for life. My grandma smoked out of a copper pipe once during her teen years and inhaled some bits and her lungs were permanently damaged. Most grinders are made out of aluminium but I don't imagine that makes inhaling slivers of it any better.

I'm having the same worries, OP. Even well made grinders can have shavings at first from production. But apparently just shaving up a bunch of paper and cleaning with isopropyl alcohol before you grind up any actual weed is good enough.

Some outrageously expensive kush... Paid $220 an ounce, which is by far the most I've ever paid for weed.

It's fantastic, it gets me insanely high, but I've never paid more than $200 for an ounce before, most times I pay $180 for kush strains.
