yes. Spice is a bunch of herbs sold at head shops as an incense but also as a herbal smoking substance. The active psychoactive cannabinoid in Spice is JWH-018, a cannabinoid. It doesn't have the euphoric feeling of reg Cannabis, but it is a decent substitute. Unless you cannot smoke weed, i really wouldn't bother if i were you.
