DBZ has actually destroyed my friendship with the person that introduced me to it. Ive always viewed him as Goku and myself as Vegeta. Hes selfless, caring and naive, and I try to be as ruthless and cold as possible. He wants to be friends still but I hate him and have told him the only way for me to respect him is if we actually fight.

In Z, Goku only directly killed Yakon and Kid Buu, not counting the movies. But that doesn't change the fact that Dragonball happened, and even if he didn't kill them, he beat their faces in and feasted on the gooey remains.

Ive always loved Vegeta as Ive an appreciation for villains and anti-heroes, both of which Vegeta has been at some point or another. Its always saddened me that he never really had a huge decisive, world saving victory. The only person he really full on destroyed single-handedly was android 19 who turned out to not be that important anyway. Ive always viewed Vegeta as the second coming of Piccolo. The bad guy turned hero, except he kept his edge, wasn't afraid to commit atrocities after he renounced his evil ways.
