I did some more again today (Feeling great right now), fucking love this shit :) Use it sparingly though, I can easily see it being addictive, especially if you're bad like me and end up binging.

Hi /stim/I was diagnosed with ADD and given Ritalin SR 20mg. I decided I didn't like it at all and I want to switch to something else. I don't think my country (NZ) has adderal, but from what I've heard we do have dexedrine. So to get me switched I told my doctor I was getting side effects from the ritz (drowsiness, headaches) and said it wasn't increasing my focus. His response to this was to try and decrease the dosage to 10mg >_< That's the last thing I want, I could barely feel the 20mg slow release as it is. What should I do? Just keep going down the same road and complain of side effects on the lower dosage too? Is it normal for a doctor to do this? If any fellow kiwis know what ADD medications are prescribed here that would be great too.Thanks

i have adhd and it took fuckin ages to diagnose me they took nearly a year to actually diagnose it becuase im geussing the nhs are tight. apparently i didnt get diagnosed becuase it becomes harder to diagnose as you get old i was diagnosed when i was 16 now 18
