I think he had a conversation with his doctor about other people that snort it.

I took Vyvanse 30s, Vyvanse 30s + 10mg Addy IR, Vyvanse 40s, and now finally 10mg Dexedrine Tablets 2x a day. I had taken them for purposes other than studying quite a few times, but was always anal about tolerance, so I'd actually take less than I would to study. Say, 1/3 of the Vyvanse powder or 5mg Adderall to keep me from being hungry when smoking a blunt.

It wasn't until this semester, after a 3 week tolerance break and the new Dexedrine RX that I started really "abusing" them, though. Today I got a new script, hadn't taken any for a week, and immediately chewed up 20mg. I got home 45 minutes later, and used a 1mL needless syringe to plug 15 more milligrams. First time plugging and it was a pretty exciting and enjoyable come on, but I don't really feel the God-like euphoria that even oral, moderate dose amps can give you when you start out. Since I began sniffing, there's very little confident/happy glow when taking them as prescribed during the week, when I had been able to get that day-after-day for years, as long as it wasn't the 4th consecutive day taking them.

If you're crushing XR beads, try to notice when the IR beads seem to be pretty finely ground, but there are still some XR shards. On a paper plate, just tilt it slightly and either gently shake the plate or use an index card to lightly brush the top of the powder pile. You can separate a lot of the XR material out, especially if you continue to separate more from the fine pile. Then, sniff the IR and swallow the orange pile. It's a lot smoother.

I did this when I had Dexedrine spansules, where the IR are white and the XR are red, so this may not work if your beads are all the same color. Also, I'll back the nasal irrigation: store-brand saline nasal spray is cheap and easy.

On second thought, I would do this. If you do this you'll feel pretty great for 3 hours, but after that it'll be over. If you take the adderall normally you'll stay high after the vicodin wears off, but the peak won't be nearly as good.

Snort 20 mgs, eat 10mg, then after the initial high dies down a bit eat the vicodin, if you have some weed id wait until you begin to feel the opiate, not alot to deal with but it sounds like a fun night if your just by yourself. Or you just snot the adderall, eat the vicodin smoke at the same time for some intense shortlived fun.

This man has the right idea. Vicodin will make the comedown (if any) from the speed glorious. Don't smoke too much weed with the vicodin though, it kind of over powers the high for most.

^Agreed. 15mg of hydrocodone is what I'd suggest to most beginners, but you should feel 10mg, and it will make the comedown from Adderall much easier. If you took it with or even shortly after the Adderall, it would add to euphoria, decrease anxiety, and alleviate much of the muscle tension. But, as someone who's also prescribed ADD stims, and loves MJ, I still have to say that opiates are really fucking special. Also, they're subtle in that you won't notice them as much if you're amped up doing shit.

When the Adderall's fading off, take the vicodin on an empty stomach and have some tunes or TV. Lying down always reduces opie nausea for me and actually increases euphoria for most people (I dunno why). I get opie munchies, too, so an hour after taking the vicodin, some fatty, protein-rich foods will really help you out with feeling empty or depressed the day after a taking bunches of stims.

I don't know a whole lot about stim use and abuse, but "headrushes" are caused by either too high blood pressure or too low blood pressure. I'd expect it to be a fairly common side effect of a drug that boosts your heart rate. That being said, it's not a good sign.
