Is it true that LSD has absolutely NO long-term side-effects?

Same question for shrooms?

no, it's not true. it has side effects, but not particularly "damage". If you have a pre-disposition to a mental disorder [i.e. Aspergers Syndrome --> Schizophrenia (i know this from personal experience)] or already have one; it can accentuate it. though, this is not strictly common and in the case of pre-dispositions only occurs in some. [i guess i was unlucky] LSD can also give you HPPD, but not as much as LSA or DXM or DMH will -- and it's often temporary. if you start getting static vision then just cut down all halluciogenic/psy use. I have no idea about shrooms.

>> No.76812

Whether for the bad or for the good, LSD has the potential on changing the way you think forever. Pretty much the only long term effect I can think of.

>> No.76822

shrooms changed me thats for damn sure. i was living in dreamland before. now life is way more real and im just now getting used to it

okay /psy/, i have a question. I've done shrooms twice, the second time being more intense (visuals, auditory hallucinations, etc.), and I want to figure out this whole thing about opening up the mind. Yes, seeing crazy shit and feeling like you've been sucked through a time warp is awesome, but that's all i feel. I don't see the spirituality in it or the intellectual advancements to be acquired. Could you guys help me out? I want to learn, but i think in order to experiment further i have to have the a frame of mind different from "just fuckin' around".

so my friend and I were trying mushrooms for the first time tonight. the guy only told us that they were cubensis, sold us like 3.4 grams for 10 bux. my friend took 1.1g and I ate the rest. but we ate before, during, and after we ate the shrooms. as of now we are about t+2:15 and we haven't really felt much. is the onset slowed by the full stomach? is our trip ruined? or did we just get ripped off?

Hey, psy. You should read this book.

Oh, sorry the title got cut off. The title is "In Watermelon sugar". It's hard to explain. They use watermelon sugar to make everything, the sun is a different color for each day of the week, and tigers can talk (but they killed them all). I just thought psy would enjoy it.

Here's the book online but there's a lot of typos.

So I was high the other night and I started thinking about the future of acid. It seems like every year it gets harder and harder to find. Should we be worried that people will stop producing acid, or am I just worried for no reason? I really couldnt imagine the rest of my life without my precious lsd

Well shit guys...just move to fucking Milwaukee.

I've found several steady flows of good acid at $10/hit. It's not dying around here...

>> No.76803

it's okay. soon they'll invent some new drug better than LSD [there's still drug-creation testing for truth seryums / weapons, imagine what kind of shit is created in government labs. eventually, some fantastic mind-altering drug will be created and the recipe will leak out into the community, just like LSD did, and another subculture based around it will start.] also; shrooms, 2-ce, LSA, other psys man.

but i know what you mean, it is getting harder to find. and with DXM and BROMOs becoming more popular, it's a dieing substance.

I bet you wish I were a hot chick saying that.
