Ibogaine is supposed to be a "miracle" cure for addiction. Well, that's pretty much just BS. It's an NMDA receptor antagonist just like DXM or ketamine, so you might as well take either of those. It's also a fairly powerful hallucinogen and there are claims it is neurotoxic -- so, I wouldn't take it.

Anything that sounds too good to be true probably is.

This. Ibogaine treatment is a huge rip-off. Underground clinics which do ibogaine treatment (ibogaine is illegal) will charge you thousands and thousands of dollars for an essentially useless treatment. Ibogaine does not stop withdrawals and it does not cure addiction: it just makes you not notice withdrawals while high. Any cure of addiction is just a result of a psychedelic trip for certain people and is probably no better than any other /psy/.

You can do a better job at home using legal OTC medicines. (Cough syrup with DXM in it.)

Oh, and ibogaine is dangerous to use. People have died while undergoing ibogaine treatment. There are MUCH safer dissociatives to use to dissociate you from your withdrawals.

I live near Sac. I cop in SF. I've been trying, not that hard, for ages to figure out where to go in Sac. I'm antisocial and the most anyone else I know does is weed usually so I can't exactly network that way anyway.

I actually went to a methadone clinic one day, waited around for a while, someone asked for a cigarette, I smoked some cigarettes, etc. I struck up some conversations. One person just dumped the remainder of their methadone, they told me after they came out and I asked em, cuz I was wanting anything, methadone, connections to harder stuff, whatever. Talked to other people, just about everyone I talked to went there because they were from out of town and didn't have any hooks in Sac. Very :(

H and codeine (if it's over the counter). Codeine costs about 2 cents a miligram and heroin costs anywhere from 2 cents a miligram (cheap tar) to 10 cents a miligram (awesome powder).
You've got to realise that you only need about 15mg to 20mg to get high by snorting good heroin and around 250mg to get high on codeine.

Drink a bit of DXM every time you nod so as to keep your tolerance down. Otherwise, you'll need 100mg of heroin to get high.

If you only get high on weekends and after hard days at work, you're looking at around 5 dollars a week. If you can't spend 5 dollars a week, move out of your damn parents home. This stuff is cheaper than alcohol, weed and any other drug you've ever done.

We can't really say without knowing the specific test. If it's a generic test, you're fine with basically any synthetic opioid (a.k.a no morphine, codeine, or heroin). However, a slightly more advanced test that's still very common will pick up codeine, morphine, heroin, hydrocodone, hydromorphone, oxycodone, and oxymorphone.

Your best bet is to take nothing, but if you feel you absolutely must, you should take more obscure ones that are full synthetic like methadone, darvocet, tramadol, fentanyl, or buprenorphine.

How can I find what test it is? Id gladly tell you guys if i can figure it out. Thanks for the help btw bro.

Not the exact same, but very similar.

Be warned. As soon as you find a reliable connect that is easy to get H from, you will probably start using daily pretty soon after. And then there's really no going back to oxy.

Personally, before tolerance was an issue, I liked dilaudid and oxycodone a lot more than heroin....

There's short term tolerance buildup, and also long term. Long term tolerance is damn near permanent; if you're doing H now, you'll never get that high from 20mg oxy again. It takes years for it to go down. However, you can manage it and keep it from rising as quickly by taking dxm before you dose.

I dunno if anyone else does this too, but I count most schedule dos medications near the same, (when you're blasting them at least) just as Heroin. Once you've gotten to THAT plateau, you know what I mean, its no longer about what drug you're doing, but what nod you can score. That needle changes everything, man.

I stay the fuck away from needles. From what I've seen, that's really the path to trouble. I know a bunch of people who just sniff it and have never gotten too deep into it. Plus, I have a huge phobia of needles so the first does would be damn near impossible to administer.

Ever since I heard that, I've been taking DXM every time to try to keep it down. Magnesium too. Only issue is that DXM cannot be mixed with Tramadol because of a decent risk of serotonin syndrome. And I dose on Tramadol daily when I wake up. Oxy and H are the feel-good drugs, tramadol is the don't-withdraw-when-I-wake-up drug. Ironically, the withdrawals I feel are probably from the tramadol as well! I fear that not being able to prevent this tram tolerance is going to really hurt me in the long run. I still take the magnesium, but I've heard DXM is more effective.
