I heard somewhere that some of the casualties were frendly fire. In the chaois and confusion where a lot of people were armed (millitary base) some soldiers may have oppened up on others tha were fiering at the gunman. If you are in an inclosed space wih guns going off all around you it's almost impossible to tell what's going on, especially since the guy was well known and probably dressed in regular chlotes.

In that sense maximal casualties would have been a achieved if he had some smokebombs, but silenced pistol would have created less chaos and probably less casualties.

I always find it funy how the entire civilized world has some sort of socialized healthcare and we cheer for Americans when they are on their way (simply because we can see the benefits every day) but then they start yelling SMELLS LIKE COMMUNISM and they fuck themselves again. Seriously, if you believe a private business is going to look after your health, you are wrong, no the government doesn't always do things the most efficient, but neither do businesses, at least the government isn't interested in paying their shareholders and you can account them for their actions.
