OP I have so much experience with this it isn't funny.
It lasts as long as you are taking opiates. Usually, you'll start shitting within a few days of stopping; depending on how long and how heavy your binge was it can be more or less.
If things start getting really bad, you may end up needing to go to the hospital.
But since you're already popping out little turds you should be fine.
Within the next few days, you're going to end up passing a huge, rock hard plug, followed by a large amount of diarrhea.
Don't take any more opiates.

Alcohol and antibiotics are fine. There are one or two out there that can have some side effects, but they hardly ever prescribe them.
I know for sure that drinking is fine with the antibiotic you're on.
