i don't mean to sound like a smartass but i have been geeking out on drugs and neurochemistry for about six years.

PEA is a hormone which tells you brains to release dopamine and norephedrine. under the assumption that you are not potentiating it with a MAO inhibitor (which also decreases the rate at which dopamine and serotonin are metabolized) then i believe that your brain does not contain enough reserve dopamine and norephedrine reserves to cause detrimental effects. of course though, the effects from the adrenaline (norephedrine) would precede any damage from amazing amounts of dopamine from entering your body into a stage where it constricts blood vessels to the point of oxygen starvation. the amount i would not go above for someone, say 160lbs, would be.... 25 grams? extreme blood vessel constriction only occurs when you have an external source (not an internal source, which is what PEA releases) pumping in dopamine or norephedrine.

If you really want to re-dose, you need to take 1/3-2/3rd of your original dose, 1.5 hours after taking the original dose. Dude I rolled for the first time last friday; you're going to have the greatest time you've ever had. Trust me.

Make sure you have gum, drink LOTS of orange juice beforehand. If you get a good pill, you should peak at about 1.5hrs, with the comedown lasting another 3hrs or so. Overall you have about 4 hours of the greatest feeling you can possibly imagine. Expect to feel a little depressed afterwards, especially if you hadn't taken any vitamin C (orange juice).

Oh, and don't do it often, if you value your brain's stability.
