I've got major issues with mood swings, I've started fights over stupid shit and broken lots of property, did a little time once in the past for it but the problem remains.
Smoking weed helps to some extent, mainly because it makes self-reflection easier for me, so I can practice to keep calm even in situations that would normally have me flip out.

Basically I'd say it's a support group.

That's where the job comes in. small inns are pretty cheap and sleeping in a bed once in a while beats sleeping in the back of your car anytime, but sleeping in a car isn't bad either.
