i am not sure of the specifics of it, but i do know that mdma and dxm do not mix together well at all. i have heard people mention that it can cause serotonin syndrome, which is never good.

personally, i'd wait til next weekend to trip. it'll give you and your body a good span to detox and get everything out of your system before you do another substance.

Yes, the half life of Xanax is relatively short, so you should be fine. Also, taking Xannies at the end of the trip might help you relax and actually get some sleep, if that's what you want to do.

i wasn't scared more anxious of comming down, lasted too long for my liking

what you are failing to remember are your dreams. you slowly come up to a 3rd plat, or at least in my experiences. what you can do differently is not fall asleep.
and a general rule of thumb is to wait a week per plat. so 3rd plat wise to wait 3 weeks in between. now some people just dont give a fuck and will dose the very next day. less chance for long term damage with the former
