if you have no tolerance take 4 of them and 20mgs of xannax is crazy and i dont think that would constitute as SAFE at all really IMO at least to be honest i dont think benzos are actually all that safe because you can black out and such just be smart with it

Either swallow them, or for quicker onset let them dissolve under the tongue.
Never snort any benzo it doesn't work like that.
You feel a reduction of anxiety, overall relaxation and perhaps a release of inhibitions and drowsiness.
It takes hours to peak so don't redose right away if your not feeling it.
4mg will invariably put someone like yourself to sleep, so stay below that level at least.

The first idea I proposed to her was to visit a dermatologist and get these pills I recently found out about but I now want to propose to her the idea to use anti anxiety pills since the problem is definitely anxiety.

DUDE I've had hyperhidrosis since I was like 7. I'm 19 now and just got put on something that works!!!!!!!!! (You understand why I'm so happy, its a really difficult problem). Anyways, talk to your doctor about Robinul (glycopyrrolate). There is a pill form. I take it and BAM my hyperhidrosis is really well treated. Yes, I have horrible anxiety too but this treated the hyperhidrosis GREATLY! Go ASK NOW!!! It will help you so fucking much.

That is EXACTLY why I went to see the doctor in the first place, asking about Robinul. She said that I had to see a dermatologist and gave me a card to one, that the dermatologist is the one that should give me the prescription for it. I even printed out two pages with info about this medicine since I figured it is not that known. She disregarded the papers and didn't even read them saying that first, we should do a CBC which should be ready on Monday (I have an appointment with her again on Monday).

Nah, I just take the robinul and it works my friend. I swear on it! OH man, I'm really happy for you, this shit WILL work! I actually am on really good terms with my dermatologist for acne problems i had around the age of 16 so when I walked in and asked for it she immeadiatley wrote me a script.

Heres some tips tho:

I was told take 1mg in the morning and 1mg at night.. I actually have to take 2mg in the morning and that does the trick.. If you take too much though you will get urine retention and have trouble swallowing so be careful.

So I just came back from my doctor's appointment.

My thyroids are just one point higher than it should be (36) but that is no big deal.

I now have an appointment with a dermatologist for the 23rd to see what can be done about the sweating.

We talked about my mild anxiety but the doctor says I am too young to be on those pills, that are highly addictive and that there are other possible approaches to it instead of medication.

It seems like almost EVERYONE has 'social anxiety' and has all of these problems being a cute little social butterfly that they believe is a real problem. Benzos are not for these types of complaints. You get nervous when you meet new people? Need some help with that? It's alright, just go to your very friendly doctor and he'll give you Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, etc. to help with these symptoms. And I'm sure this will lead to a better quality of life for the people afflicted with these terrible symptoms. But seriously, why do so many people who are just being normal human beings complain to their doctor, and have the doctor just give them these serious drugs with no questions asked? The majority of the people who do that here just abuse them anyway. Benzos are nothing to play around with. They're addictive and produce physical dependence. A lot of these mild symptoms can be helped dramatically in ways other than taking benzos. I believe that benzos have absolutely no place for more than very temporary treatment for things like these. I'm not a doctor, though, so I guess what I have to say about this issue really has no meaning. But really, I find it incredibly fascinating that everyone here gets prescribed benzos so incredibly easy it seems, because they have problems 'socially'. I hope I don't come off as a jealous, stuck up prick, but it really is a lot just like with the opiates. A lot of times people who genuinely need drugs of abuse have a LOT harder time getting it than people just out to abuse the drug.

Yeah...I hear you on that, anxiety has caused me to completely ruin my grades...I went from having a 95+ average to around a 70 average.....I recently went to my GP(first visit to him, switched doctors, never wanted to address my anxiety before with my other doctor, but now it's gotten bad enough that I needed to) and he decided to give me Zoloft....I don't want to take an SSRI in the least bit...I don't need it on an everyday basis, as of now I get .25 xanax's from people, but I truly don't feel comfortable accepting pills that aren't mine, as my source needs them too....granted I only need them when I'm really freaking out, might be having a panic attack and need them to pre-emptively stop it....but it's not like I take them alot...maybe 2mg a month?(max)...so now I have to go back and insist on not taking an SSRI, all this is going to do is make me feel like an idiot, and I presume he'll think I'm just trying to get benzos to sell.....fml
