Chyo /art/. Im an illustration major and one of my final assignments is to creat a calendar. You know how above the dates there is usually a picture of some kind? Yeah i have to do that. There must be a theme throughout. Im having trouble coming up with good ideas. I originally thought a small boy playing differently according to the month but meh. You should do 12 little tableaux tracking a romantic relationship from promising beginnings (spring) through a period of blissful young love (summer), tumultuous fights and eventual stagnation (autumn) then periods of denial followed by resignation as the romance slowly dies, but the lovers part with mutual respect and understanding, and go their separate ways (winter).

It was mildly ahem influenced my tool's lateralus art,but it was more of an earth changing experiment for using the edge of a cd to produce the background lines

So it turns out i'm just a short while away from going commercial with my music (psytrance mostly, example of my stuff at http://acidgirl.bandcamp.com ), and i realized i have no album art... so i need something nice and trippy for a cover, with "acid girl" as the artist and "death of sound" as the album namebest artwork will get used, and gets %15 of all album sales. srs buisness here.

>>16052For a newbie that's pretty good. I prefer 3DStudioMax myself over Maya, but when it comes to animation Maya shits all over 3DS. Though I haven't really played around with the animation in the newer versions since Autodesk bought them out because I personally hate animation.
