Depends. I have a friend who says that he's gained over 2 inches (6" to 8") through the technique, and over the past three months I've gained 1" in length and girdth. That isn't unsubstantiated. This book explains it in full among other penis size techniques and is probably the best I've ever read. Loose muscles are less able to deal with the extreme forces that come with most physical activity, whether it be an athletic sport, weight lifting, sprinting, or plyometrics you will leave yourself susceptible to injury if you muscle are too loose. What you should do is warm up! A light jog before sprints, warm up sets for a lift, some warm up drills. Something to warm up the muscles, get your blood pumping, and prepare your CNS. If you're cold or hot, your body burns more than if you are in an environment of completely comfortable temperature. But, don't expect to be able to detect the effects, because it will only make a small difference. Not worth it.I suggest not making yourself sweat more when doing cardio. Could be dangerous. But I don't know.

You always get more honest advice from someone who isn't trying to sell you something.
